The Preserve at Walnut Springs

The Preserve at Walnut Springs has an abundance of recreational amenities with multi-generational appeal. This small, private ranching community is grounded in the authentic Texas ranch lifestyle. The centrally located equestrian center includes a 3,600 s.f. barn, covered and outdoor arena. Our herd of friendly ranch horses are available for owners use anytime through the concierge service. Guided trail rides are available by the light of day or by the full moon light. The barn houses ten, 12 by 12 foot stalls with automatic waterers, tack room, hot and cold wash rack and changing room. The rubber floor matting through the center of the barn provides a silent and durable surface for horse’s passage. Ranch owners may board their horse year round at the equestrian center. Knowledgeable, onsite staff provides daily care and services such as grooming and training.

The Clubhouse is surrounded by two swimming pools, bathhouses, a BBQ pavilion, putting green, tennis courts and basketball court. A great retreat with a variety of activities when family and friends spend their weekends at the ranch

Trophy bass fishing is available on stocked ponds throughout the ranch. A short drive on the trails will access any of the six ponds. Walnut Springs boasts a carefully constructed network of pedestrian and horse trails that meander through pasturelands, canyons and grasslands. Over 20 miles of trails offer the hiker, biker or horseback rider hours of solitude and beauty conveniently located out your back door. Both improved and less-improved trails exist, catering to the afternoon stroller along the creek to the adventurous mountain biker seeking a longer outing to the south canyons. Whatever means of exploration you choose, the trail system is designed to provide ample opportunities for discovery and enjoyment.
